I was having problems with a rejection from a payer. It was stressing me a little because it's dealing with insurance. Jess assured me that it was nothing I had did and it was just a small miscommunication between payer and clearinghouse. It really helped ease my mind!

I rate TherapyNotes with a 5 (five-star rating) because their system has allowed me to be much more productive and efficient. The system is seamless and prompts the user to follow an extremely professional therapeutic protocol for treatment and improved client outcomes. The system also includes billing in the system which is also made easy. That is the system, now I would like to describe the technical support. It is second to none! The support team is available to help each subscriber when help is required. the support staff walks the subscriber through the process and does not leave until the problem is solved. That is very good for me as I am not a "technical IT person." And that is the greatest point of all. TherapyNotes allows the therapist to accomplish their work while TherapyNotes helps with the details. TherapyNotes has become an integral part of my practice. MT

Customer service is excellent. I called recently for help with a technical issue and even though I was a bit irritable I received great customer service.

I really like Therapy Notes. It’s easy to use and fairly intuitive. The staff is very professional and are always available to help. Only thing I would wish different: that intake documents could be downloaded, printed and uploaded when needed, and documents didn’t expire so quickly in portal. Otherwise, its Great!!

I have used Therapy Notes for 6 years now and love how easy it is to use. The customer support staff are very helpful and friendly. It helps me do my job more effectively! Billing can be challenging for the pros, my job is therapy not billing, Therapy Notes makes doing my job easy!

Superb customer service!

When I called Customer Service for Technical Help, they already knew there was an IT issue and informed me that they were currently working on the issue. They did not have an ETA for completion, but knowing that they were apprised of the situation and were working on it, I feel confident in Therapy Notes and all they offer our business.

I’m always impressed with the customer service - the representatives are knowledgeable, they always solve my issues and challenges and are always pleasant. There is never a long wait time which is so important in our field where we don’t have time due to our hectic schedules.
