I have recently started my solo behavioral health practice and a close friend recommended an EHR provider that he said would meet my needs. After initially setting up a client I ran into glitch and reached out for technical help. What I discovered was there was no way to speak with a live rep to walk me through my issue. I sent my question and received a response the next day. Unfortunately, the response didn't help in resolving my issue. I sent another inquiry and noted that I was feeling frustrated that the response I received did not help. I received my next written response 3 days later. By that time I found TherapyNotes. I signed up for a free trial and again found myself having questions. I was amazed to see they offer live support and when we spoke the support rep helped me understand and resolve the issue so I could move forward quickly in setting up my clients. Additionally, the rep sent me a follow-up email reviewing the issues I raised and included links to further help me understand how to address my concerns. Effective, friendly and useful support.

Called in with an issue I was trying to figure out. Got in touch with a Therapy Note Pro and she walked me through my issue. What she walked me through saved me a lot of work trying to do it a different way she was very helpful.

The people are supportive and it was easy to get started and it is reasonable to add people.

I cannot say enough about how much I love TherapyNotes! I’ve been with them for two years and I love how clean and organized the EHR is compared to other. The notes are extremely well-done and populate easily. I am hopeful there will be more custom forms soon like ROI and a more in-depth intake form but overall it is great! I had a calendar issue that caused me to go to another EHR, but that lasted only two days before I came back to TN. Lastly, I need to give a shout out to Derek J. in support; through two separate calls and numerous emails he was so fun to talk with and did not stop until he solved ALL of my issues. TN is at the top of the class. Support, functionality and silly memes makes them a must-have for your practice.

I spent two entire days on hold with an insurance company only to be met with an (understandably) frustrated representative who was unable to help me. In under 5 minutes my extremely cheerful Therapy Notes rep resolved my problems and taught me how what to do in the future. I am always met with a patient and kind representative whenever I contact Therapy Notes and they have always been so helpful in walking me through how to resolve my issues. I am a loyal customer to Therapy Notes not only because of their wonderful EHR but because of their incredibly knowledgeable and professional staff. Doing my own billing was a scary leap, however the TN team has been there to assist me and cheer me on every step of the way! I am SO grateful and highly recommend TN!
