Really each time I've called TherapyNotes with a question or problem, they've been really helpful, supportive AND NICE! Yesterday they solved a problem that my practice couldn't solve and followed up their phone/verbal directions of how to do things with an email that outlined what I needed to do.

The staff at Therapy Notes are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Every time I have called with a concern, my questions have been answered and I learn a little more about Therapy Notes!

I have been using TherapyNotes for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with the services they provide, adding the documents to email to clients to complete online and the portal for telehealth have been life savers for me. I feel that I have all the tools I need to run my private practice. When I have a problem I get very quick responses, and solutions. I will continue using TherapyNotes until I retire.

I live in North Carolina which is one of the states that now has a health information exchange. It’s confusing trying to decipher technical language. However, I spoke with one of Therapy Notes representatives, Steven, and he helped me navigate the system so that I could connect with our state’s computer information exchange. He was patient, understood what he was talking about and was able to convey that understanding to me. That’s no small feat! At my age, computer technical directions are just not intuitive or easily understood. Thanks to Steven, I am now fully connected with my state’s information system.
