Thank you SO much for putting Client Preferred name as their primary name for the weekly appointments. It has also changed the initials that show up in my synced weekly calendar. This helps so much - and it's inclusive and respectful to those who use the portal and get to see their preferred name on their log-in/chart.

My first amazement was how quick a response I received, but I was also taken seriously with my suggestion. The experience was refreshing in a world where customer service appears to be on a Hyannis.

Great Customer Service. Very knowledgeable and explained how the issue came about. Helped me to figure out how to resolve the problem. Provided me written follow up to avoid the problem in the future including information for me to share with my client regarding what they can do to also help avoid it from happening again.

Just finished a phone conversation with Jules for support, and all I can say is WOW!! She deserves way more than five-stars. Jules quickly assessed what my needs were and went above and beyond in making sure all my questions/concerns were addressed. She Patiently reviewed and explained steps needed in certain scenarios. I felt listened to and that she truly cared about the success of my practice. I was amazed at her depth of knowledge and level of detail. She absolutely loves her work and it comes across in her phone and email communications. TherapyNotes is fortunate to have such a talented, smart, and personable individual such as Jules on staff—as are we, your customers. Thank you Jules.

Support was very helpful, with a credi card issue I was having.

There is always someone available to answer my questions and they are efficient and knowledgable (as well as friendly). Their product also makes my job super easy.

I was on hold for only a few moments. The person taking my call was polite, informative, and knowledgeable. She was able to help me navigate my concern quickly. I even received a follow up email outlining instructions we discussed incase I needed a refresher. THANK YOU!!

I started using Therapy Notes in October. I am very happy with everything about this company. The software is easy to use and provides me with everything I need to have a successful practice. The customer service is what makes this company so special. I have made a few phone calls with questions about the software and each and every time I call I speak with someone immediately. The service providers stay on the phone with me as long as I need to ensure I understand the new software. They walk me through everything I need and then.... they send me an email that summarizes our conversation and the information they provided. My only complaint is I didn't start using them sooner.
