Our oldest male cat who was neutered at a very young age suddenly began spraying after we added another cat to our home. We couldn't believe that within 2 months he had completely stopped spraying. So we delayed our reorder and wouldn't you know he began spraying again. So now we order faithfully. It works!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This does absolutely nothing! When you attempt to contact them, they don’t even check their emails for days then want u to pay to return an order that you didn’t place! Forget their 30 day guarantee! That doesn’t exist either! This is a terrible product and they try to keep people’s money when the figure out this product and company is a scam!

I just wanted to try the TherapetMD Pet Pheromone Diffuser for 30 days to see if it would help with my one year old German Shepherd Dog with his overstimulation. After I had completed my order and payment, I realized I bought a 60 day auto reordering program. After several attempts to cancel my subscription, I found it just too difficult to complete. I contacted TherapetMD and they happily, not only walked me through the process, but offered to cancel my subscription for me. If my Pet Pheromone Diffuser works with my dog, after 60 days I would definitely consider renewing my subscription.

Even though TheraPet did not work for my ornery cat, the level of support from customer service was top notch. They were personable, punctual, and took care of our needs. Much appreciated!

Complete garbage. Our dogs literally peed on the TheraPet device itself. Zero effect whatsoever, and they denied our request for refund saying the 30-days had passed (first I'd heard of a 30-day expiration on their "guarantee"). I'd never do business with them again nor recommend to any others.

I don't know how this company received a high trust rate, but clearly all you are seeing are probably AI-generated, BOTs, or paid comments. I ordered products amounting to $112, and opt to avail the express shipping of $10 for a promise of shipping my orders within 1 day or maximum of 2 days. It has been more than 48 hours and I did not receive any tracking number and shipment notice. I sent an email to the customer support, and even messaged using the chat hub, both, I received the same system-generated response--exactly the same even the spacing of words and punctuation marks. This is a lesson for me, and hopefully this comment will not be filtered. Why? TherapetMD is a total scam. Do not order. NEVER.
