Very nice case, feels luxury, nice shaped and perfect fit, I got many people who likes it too. Then the ordering was simple and the delivery fast!

I really like the cover. But it gets very easyli spots and fingerprints both on the cover and camera glass. And one big minus point is a little crack across the blitz lens but still not in the way, and not enough for me to send it back to China.

Paid for a case. One month later, received a completely different one on my mail. Now they won't answer my emails. Don't waste your money and time on this thing

Hi Alberto, If you ordered one case and received a completely different one, then that's a fulfillment mistake on our side. And if you then emailed us requesting a resolution and received no response, we understand why you're frustrated. Receiving the wrong product after waiting a month is disappointing enough. Feeling ignored afterward makes the experience even worse. We'd still like the opportunity to make this right. Please email [email protected] again with: Your order number A photo of the item you received A reference to this Trustpilot review We'll escalate your case and review it for either: The correct replacement Or a refund if that's your preferred resolution Reality: When the mistake is ours, the resolution should be straightforward. You shouldn't be left with the wrong product and no clear path forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to improve both our fulfillment accuracy and customer support. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Hi Mike, We're sorry about this. If you received the wrong Pixel case, then that's a fulfillment mistake on our side, and we completely understand why you're frustrated. That isn't the experience we want any customer to have. Please email [email protected] with: Your order number A photo of the case you received We'll review it immediately and: Send the correct Pixel case as quickly as possible Or provide a refund if that's your preferred solution You shouldn't have to keep a product you didn't order. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you'll give us the opportunity to make it right. — Madison The Pixel Case Team
UPDATE - Even with the company replying to this review with an AI copy and paste message, saying to email them (again)... guess what, drum roll... they still haven't responded. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering but lesson learnt. Delivery took two weeks from china, and when it was delivered I was disappointed to see I was sent the incorrect case. I've emailed the company multiple times on their support email but received no response. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal.

Hi Sarah, We understand why you're disappointed, and we'd like to address each point. First, receiving the wrong case is a fulfillment mistake on our side. Regardless of shipping time, you should have received exactly what you ordered. Second, if you emailed support multiple times and didn't receive a response, that's not the level of service we aim to provide. We understand why that led you to open a PayPal dispute. Regarding shipping, we operate with both US and China warehouses, depending on product availability and the model ordered. However, we agree that delivery expectations should be communicated more clearly before purchase. Even though you've opened a PayPal case, we'd still like the opportunity to resolve this properly. Please email [email protected] again with your order number and mention this Trustpilot review. We'll prioritize your case and work with you toward the quickest resolution, whether that's sending the correct case or resolving the refund through the appropriate channel. Reality: A customer shouldn't have to receive the wrong product and then struggle to get support. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we'll use this feedback to improve both our fulfillment accuracy and response times. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Poor, to hard to get a good grip, when put on my charging aria in my car it gets very hot unlike my other cover, my error in buying.

Response from Thepixelcase· Jun 29, 2026
Hi Robert, Thank you for the honest feedback. From what you described, the issues weren't about the appearance of the case—they were about daily usability, and that's what matters most. You mentioned three important points: The case is too slippery, making it difficult to get a secure grip. It gets noticeably hotter on your wireless charger than your previous case. Overall, it just wasn't the right fit for how you use your phone. That's fair feedback. Wireless charging can generate additional heat depending on the charger, alignment, and case design, but if the difference compared to your previous case is significant, that's something we want to continue improving. Likewise, grip is something we've heard from some customers using our aluminum-style cases. We're actively working on improving side texture and ergonomics so customers don't have to choose between a premium look and a secure hold. If you'd like, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We may be able to recommend a different model that's better suited to your needs or provide another suitable resolution. Reality: A case should feel comfortable and confidence-inspiring every day. If grip and charging performance don't meet that standard, then we have work to do. We appreciate your honest feedback. — Madison The Pixel Case Team
