The case is very pretty, but the clasp no longer stays shut after 2-3 weeks. Since the case is only the perimeter of the phone and does not have a back, that means the entire case becomes loose and falls off. Will be ordering a new case from somewhere else soon.

took 5 days just for the package to arrive at the carrier after the label was created. shipped from china, and its been "left main land" for 4.5 days as of this review. almost 10 days for a phone case is wild. going to take longer too. probably will be 2-3 weeks for a phone case. insanely not worth it

Case is nothing special, the lanyard is pretty good quality, but nothing special. I guess your paying for the part with the"d" ring, that allows a place for the lanyard. However the d ring is junk and came off immediately. I replaced it with a round key ring, and that works better. Probably wouldn't recommend.

I though it is a product from the US, but it is actually from China, so the quality doesn't fit its price. Not to mention the possibility private information risk in China...

TL:DR It's not the worst case I've tried.. but the corners on the front cover catch in your pocket, the back is too thick to use with wireless chargers/mounts, the stand is about as wishy washy as the senate, the pen falls out super easy.. the hinge is probably the best I've seen, it doesn't catch, it doesn't restrict opening.. the phone still has issues when opening closing like the 9 did but 🤷 it's google right.. If I could find a better case, i would.. it will suffice till then

You can improve by stopping sending inferior cases. The case I purchased looked good at first. Then I found out the magnet was weak and could not stay on my phone holder. Also the quality is questionable. I threw mine away.

This has been a very weird customer experience. The phone case itself seems fine. It was surprisingly difficult to install, but the overall build quality is decent enough that I'm keeping it. Honestly, that build quality is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. The real issue is the company's deceptive marketing practices. Inside the package, I received a physical insert card. One side dangles a "15% off + free shipping" promo code for your next order. Directly next to it, under a graphic of 5 stars, it explicitly asks for a review. Let's call it what it is: this is a clear attempt to buy 5-star ratings. Visually bundling financial incentives with top-tier ratings is a direct violation of FTC consumer protection rules against review manipulation and review gating. It gets even weirder when you look at how they handle critical feedback on here. Lower ratings are met with public responses from "Madison" that are completely artificial. They rely on classic AI-generated templates—clinical bulleted summaries with matching emojis, over-the-top flattery, and robotic parroting of the user's exact words to fake human empathy. It is incredibly off-putting to realize the entire ecosystem around a physical product is so manufactured. They use shady print cards to coax humans into leaving perfect scores, and automated AI algorithms to clean up the mess when a critical review slips through. I will keep the case, but I cannot recommend supporting a brand that relies so heavily on consumer manipulation.
