we had a new system installed a week ago and it worked well for a couple of days and then went offline. Called in to service dept and they walked me through resetting the modem by disconnecting the backup battery and reconnecting it which got the system back online and working. Then it went offline again a day later. Called back and they said the modem needs to be replaced and first appt available was in a month. So I've paid for a system that doesn't work. not very satisfied!
