Everything went exactly as expected. My installer (Juan) was prompt, friendly and best of all, tidied up after himself. No mess, no muss, no fuss. The system works great and everything was explained to me. I've had alarm systems at several past properties and I think I like this one the best. Small discreet contacts and a nice modern keypad/ipad-type device. Highly recommend!

Installer did a great job at the retrofit and explaining the new hardware. System is working well although only a few days of trial.

Thank you to the Monitoring Centre for being punctual on the date of set up. The young man who came to hook up the system worked very efficiently. He explained everything with patience as I had to translate the information for my mother. I believe his name was Andril. He made the switch over quite smooth. We’re very happy to be with the Monitoring Centre. Thank you to the monitoring centre for a great job from the very beginning when I was dealing with Mirella at the sales level. Within one week my alarm was installed. Great system and great cost!!
