Teak + Table Outdoor LivingReviews of teakandtable.com

The furniture is beautifully made and of the highest quality. I am thrilled with my purchase. Even with all the delays due to COVID-19, I felt extremely supported by George at Teak & Table. Always kind and generous with giving updates.

UPDATE: Owners reached out and we commend them for going above and beyond to recut the situation. Changing our 1 star to 4. Terrible experience. Our table was delayed for weeks after it was promised which we understand due to supply chain however communication was TOTALLY LACKING.We had to call over and over again. Then they scheduled delivery without confirming with us and it had to be rescheduled. Customer Service is so poor we won’t shop or recommend them EVER!

Incredible customer service. Some of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever dealt with. It's hard for everyone with the shipping delays as a result of the pandemic but George and Brooke were attentive, communicated often and when an item got delayed for another 6 months, they worked with me to find a replacement immediately.

Incredible customer service. Item arrived damaged and I immediately received a refund. Thank you!

We ordered several pieces of Polywood furniture and not only did we save money by purchasing through Teak + Table, but they assembled and delivered the furniture! Chris was great to work with. We highly recommend giving them a visit in store or online.

Responsive customer service in a time of difficult logistics.

We are very pleased with our sofa and table from Teak and Table; they look great in our new screened porch. We know, come Spring, that we will be enjoying the porch daily. We thank you for the well made and attractive pieces. And thank you for your help and patience as we were making our decisions.

Very easy to work with , would buy again from them!! Keep up the good work and excellent customer service you provided. Delays were due to market conditions .
