When the store I purchased from went out of business I could not get the other store who had my furniture would not return my calls. I'm still waiting on my other chair. I bought 6 of them and one of them was a different color. I e-mailed the store twice last week to inquire when it will come and still no return e-mail.

Customer service is very good

My table arrived fast and was well packaged. Overall the table was ok, but I was not impressed with the teak finish and the legs on the table are a little uneven. I would have sent it back, but I was hosting an event and really needed the table when it arrived.

I love the outdoor chairs. But the 8’ long team table which I have had for less than one month is already sagging heavily in the middle. I will either need to find a carpenter who can see if he can address the problem with more support or I will need to buy a new table from another company that has a better structural support system for the top.

The stain on the table legs is ‘streaky’. Would have expected a more uniform finish on a new table.
