The seats are very comfortable. I bought the white. I thought they would wipe right off. We have had them for only a few weeks and they are stained. It’s concerning to me for long term. I wish I didn’t get the white.

I was told I could pick up my chairs the next day. Went to the store to pick up the chairs, not there. I was assured I would have the chairs by Christmas. Went to the store the day before Christmas Eve, they close at 5pm. Arrived at 4:50 the store was closed. Did not open again until after Christmas. Made one more attempt and the store was closed. Finally went two days later and no one knew where my chairs were. After several calls to the store manager, I was promised they would deliver them. As I was leaving the parking lot the gentleman that was waiting on me came out and finally found my chairs. I was not happy with it taking 4 trips to the store and about 3 week later from purchase after being promised the chairs the next day.

I understand the issues with production and shipping, but was very disappointed in the communication from Teak and Table regarding delivery of my items. These are not inexpensive pieces, and my estimated delivery went from August to October, to December. I finally received them about 5 months (20 weeks) after placing my order.

We ordered the pacific couch online because we had friends who had it and loved it. When ours came and we went to assemble it, the instructions were incredibly sparse and not helpful and assembling the couch was extremely difficult. We just moved and have assembled at least ten different pieces of furniture from several companies and this has been by far the most difficult and impossible to put together. We ended up having to hire people to help us build it, which really racked up the price to more than we wanted to spend. The instructions need to be more detailed.
