Software needs an upgrade. It slows my computer down when it's time to print the return. We should be able to access 10 years of past tax programs because the IRS goes back that far.

I have used Taxslayer for over a decade Their Product is outstanding What sets them apart for ALL OTHERS is their fabulous customer service and technical support. Of all the industries and services I use Taxslayer by far exceeds them in customer service and technical support. Their product interface is simple logical accurate - planning tools I have dazzled clients with In short - my company for tax preparation.

They provide top-notch technical support., quickly and in plain language. The price is great. The only downside is finding specific links to functions is a pain. Considering all, I have and will recommend to other practitioners.

Forms are not comprehensive of all IRS forms. I need to see more international asset forms, such as 5271 and all schedules in the form.
