I have recently ordered and received two boxes of 10 bottles each, but made a mistake in ordering the second box. I contacted them immediately and they, in turn, immediately adjusted my charges. What was even more impressive, however, is that I placed the order on Friday afternoon and the shipment arrived the next day! Additionally, I mentioned to Swirl that my only disappointment in the entire process was that FedEx was the shipper, a company I've rarely had a good experience with, and FedEx arrived with 60 lbs of wine and placed it on my porch, they responded to my request with "no, we cannot place it inside the entry way" as other shippers have done regularly for this 78 year old widow. They did offer to try to push it over the doorway lip instead of carrying it in another 3 or 4 feet. When I mentioned that to Swirl, they told me they were changing my shipper to UPS for all future orders. I'll definitely order from Swirl again!
