I ordered sweet red wine and they sent me all dry red wine………I’m very disappointed and upset , I’m never ordering again

Poor shipping

Hi Joseph, we are sorry to hear you had a poor shipping experience. We unfortunately have to ship all of our New Jersey orders from our warehouse in California which results in longer transit times. We are working to be able to ship from a closer warehouse in the near future!
The delivery was a nightmare and the wine got hot. None was very good. I live in AZ.

Price scamming

SPAM!!! I thought I was given a gift card, but was funneled to this site, which took my information and now WON'T STOP EMAILING ME. Pure garbage. UPDATE: I was taken off the email list — but only after this review appeared here in Trustpilot. My previous attempts went unanswered. UPDATE PT II: There was no gift from Nift. I was promised a $30 gift card, but then was funneled to your site, which then prompted me to spend $55 on wine. I gave my info to access the gift card, not to sign up for emails or to spend $55. The spammy emails started immediately. I hit unsubscribe several times, but continued to receive emails. It was only after personally replying to an email AND posting here that you responded. To recap: 1) I was promised a gift card but instead was pushed to making a purchase 2) I NEVER asked to be added to the email list 3) I wasn’t unsubscribed when following standard procedure, but only after making a fuss 4) This whole process is a testament the power of Trustpilot - thank you Do you want to go another round? I’m happy to continue because - I have facts on my side, which makes this easy for me.

I was charged for wine that I never received. The carrier is the ones that kept the package.

Hi there! This order was from July 2025. The order was returned to us; therefore, you were refunded in full. I am having someone reach out to you in the event you would like to place a new order so we can get this shipped out for you ASAP.
I used a code to cover some cost but still spend an additional 50, which I wish I wouldn't have done. I have dumbed out 4 of the 5 so far. My odds are not looking good about the 5th one. I then received another code and like others, I am not interested in even using it. The wines are not that good and you can buy better flavor elsewhere and definitely cheaper.

Today I tried to place my third and final order with SWIRL. The navigation of your site was horrendous. The drop box offering a discount to apply was not definitive of the $ amount. How much discount is "SANTA 50"? The verification process sent a code to both my email and text on phone. Overkill and confusing. The minimum required to avoid the shipping charge was whether before or after any discount was unclear. One shouldn't have to go completely through the process to find out. The order I was going to place had no way to delete so I went in to remove each item. The site would not let me remove the last item so it's still in there. Your site is not user friendly.
