Absolutely incredible customer service for a premium product! The klitty is a unique toy that I've not found the equal of, and when I had issues with the toy malfunctioning the customer service reps were prompt and willing to help me troubleshoot it all the way through to finding a fix! Absolute superheroes!

Der Kundenservice konnte mir bei einem Garantiefall kurzfristig helfen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte über Mail und Bilder / Videos in denen der Fehler mitgeteilt worden ist. Danach wurde mir das defekte Gerät ersetzt.

My partner and I had difficulties with one of Svakom’s products, but after I emailed and explained my situation, we were compensated for all of the damage to the toy and the emotional stress that was caused. They opened up an investigation right away and were extremely apologetic. The staff at Svakom are incredibly helpful and kind. Overall I had an amazing experience and your money is well spent here.

I purchased an Erica toy from a local shop & found out that it had a faulty battery and would not charge or power on, new out of the box. The customer service I received from Emily was beyond excellent, quick & professional. I was sent a new Erica & she is fabulous and charges! Yay!

Contacted them about a toy I purchased from an approved retailer that I had been using for a while that had development into not functioning from internal issues. I explained I was unsure what caused the issue and it could have been an accidental drop. I didn’t think they were going to offer a replacement at all but were kind enough to send me a one time replacement. Amazing customer service and absolutely love my Kaotik Shockwave. Had an Iker for about 18 months and one of the motors stopped working. I was concerned that as I bought it from a non SVAKOM site they would not honour or even consider the warrantee as I had not realised the need to register. However, I provided all the details to SVAKOM and provided a receipt for my purchase and after a couple of emails they agreed to send a replacement which is a newer model and I can already tell its a better fit and experience. Quality products and and superb customer service - thank you very much.
