Everything was explained why I did not get my order.

The product I ordered was sold out. So the customer service rep JJ contacted me canceled the order and refunded my money. I was happy with my experience.

I wanted to cancel an order, because it was taking forever to get it shipped. And I contacted you through your email. And the person got right back to me and canceled the order and issued a refund right away.

I place an order that was to arrive in 14-28 business days. I contacted them after 35 business days and got an immediate response saying I was being refunded my money within 10 business days. There was absolutely no communication from them the entire time, and I have serious concerns about my refund. No explanation was given.
