Even though I wish someone would have notified me sooner about having issues with getting the product, once I contacted customer service, they were very prompt in responding, explaining the situation, and immediately started the refund process.

Happy to learn that they still had supplies of a product I have used for years and has now been discontinued.

TT gave a quick and informed response to my complaint. Truly impressed with the information he gave me as to the product I was trying to purchase. That help was beyond what he had to do. Because of that I will try the purchase later as he suggested. Very pleased with the service he gave.
