Excellent customer service in helping with my order for a product that was not in stock.

Supply Center didn't send my order nor contact me about the problem. However, when I wrote to inquire, I received a refund and a prompt explanation. The problem shouldn't have happened, but I was impressed by the quick and clear response.

This company simply harvested my credit card data and subsequently did not provide the products advertised. There are many reviews here by people giving a high rating because their purchase was quickly refunded because the item was no longer available. Apparently they don't realize that although they lost no money their information has been harvested and perhaps there was no actual product to begin with.
