Glad to find a rack-mount PC- The Quality of Case is great ! So far installation went smooth. { I bought my unit w/ Microsoft 7 installed.} Have not yet resolved problem with configuring dual-display [trying to add large-screen TV as a monitor. Will need more info on what is needed to add additional front mount drive units soon

I only rate these guys a 5 star rating because the scale doesn't go to 10! Talk about a vendor that "get's it". If you're shopping price I have no clue where these guys fall. We don't shop anywhere else (nor do any of the companies we have recommended to Rich and crew). Why? It's simple. In this day of on-line fly by night outfits, SuperLogics has always been there for us. Thick and thin, heat of the battle (even when crap hits the fan) these guys have always, ALWAYS! backed us up and been there for us to sort out the mess we might find ourselves in. It's not how cheap something is, it's how they stand behind their products and their customers that makes all the difference. SuperLogics is THAT vendor you only wish you had on your side. Once you've been treated to this level of service, you'll be begging your other vendors to step up their game.
