Friendly service. Quick turn around. Met expectations.

The oven epoxy (1,200 degrees) came in on time and work like a charm. I got 4 oz ... I could have used 5 ozs. The project, 2 oil drums welded together for a maple syrup evaporator, is no mostly air tight. I should have a great maple syrup season.

The SUPERLOGICS delivery was on time. One component was not up to standards. The Trustpilot terms and conditions are unwieldy and not conducive to trust.

The equipment arrived in time and exactly as it was ordered. Ready to install and packaged right for international deliver.

Overall, the product was fine. It operated as expected, was clean and built well - except for one element. The rack case assembly was sloppy. The top case seam was not straight and had odd bulges - like it was press-fit together and not everything fit inside - but they made it. I'd order from them again and give them one more shot, but if the quality is the same, never again.
