Excellent service!

PC configuration was not as expected. Motherboard specs were not clearly explained in online documentation

Good product and service, as always !!

Since April I have installed 11 PC workstations from SuperLogics. I had 2 motherboard issues and they were both resolved quickly even though I had to ship them back for repair. As I had purchased spares this was not an issue and when I got the originals back I was able to put them back into production with no issues. As these units are for 2 911 Emergency Communications Centers and they are required to be up 24/7/365 I can say to this point I am quite pleased with their performance and I have since purchased another 8 that will be going into the Centers after the first of the year. These units are replacing Dell R7900 workstations that are also very good, but the 2RU they take up is just too much space for under Dispatch Consoles and SuperLogics was able to provide a reliable solution in a 1RU package with the same level of warranty and support.

High quality equipment. Purchased rack mounted PC. Reasonable cost good commutation required support post purchase they answered the phone and answered the question. Will use them again Brad.

I've used SuperLogics before and the quality and support have always been great. Product arrived on time, with hardware installed and software loaded as needed. We will be purchasing a few more identical configurations as we expand our production needs.
