I've been building systems since 1983. This time I just didn't want to tackle it myself, too many nice systems out there to save me the time and aggravation. I was all over the net looking at 1U units and came across SuperLogics. I almost went with another company and select S/L over a company from CA because they were local to me (I'm in NJ) and I needed a system QUICKLY. This was the main reason, at first, they got my business - I drove up there on a Saturday to pick it up (they came in just to deliver me a system, WOW). Right off, their facility outside Boston JUST ROCKS!!! I was so jealous of their tech-benches. Then we got into the system, ROCK SOLID from end to end. The cases, the dual power supplies, the entire construction was TOP END. At first one of my gurus kept saying "get an HP" .. then when he got into this system he was "NICE SYSTEM", and nothing would normally impress him. And when we had questions on the system they were RIGHT THERE to answer them. We truly cannot say enough about SuperLogics!!!! After building around 300 systems over the years .. no more, they are now our supplier, there is no need for us to hassle with it, and there is nothing better than great support. My slogan "you are better off with the worst software and the best support over the best software with the worst support". On the hardware side - TOP SYSTEM, TOP SUPPORT - the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!!! DO NOT HESITATE to buy your next system from SuperLogics, you will not be sorry about your decision. And NO, I do not own stock in them, I just appreciate not having to worry about my systems and I love knowing I can make a call or send an email and get just what I need. THANK YOU SUPERLOGICS!! We bought a rack mount computer. It showed up when they said it would. It was what we ordered. It works. Overall very happy. Will probably buy from them again.
