Superior propane has consistently provided terrible customer service. Even after having monitors on my tanks, I do not get timely deliveries. Customer service has advised that they decide when I get a delivery, not me. Often had tank run out. Have been with them for many years, moving to a local company that responds to you quickly. Do not deal with them.

Superior the new owner of Quarles charges a yearly fee of $80 for tanks 120gallon and less where you have a min purchase of 40 gallons per year. Heck I only use propane for my gas stove and I would use 40 gallons every 3.5 years. I never leased a tank from Quarles and now since the sale there are new charges. Get this I had a heated discussion with customer service and in 15min men showed up to take my tank full of Gas. I am completely confused on this kind of service and charge and now they state they would charge me 250$ to remove! Sorry but at this point I can only go to BBB and help stop the craze here in Topping VA!!

Absolute HORRIBLE experience, was told it was set up one way but then it wasn’t . And our landlord was the only one allowed to make payments to our bill ? We got credit hit after credit hit until I had to call and tell them to stop and to fix the problem. Instead there was no communication and no bills sent to our address . Our landlord is elderly and very confused by all of this yet the only solution is for him to call in and then have them confuse him more until he hangs up. NEVER had to deal with a company who cares who pays the bill. If we could leave a negative 5 star we would.

Worst propane provider. They left you stranded in winter with no propane. I had to switch provider to get propane . Mirabito was faster in switching and delivering than superior plus in their weeks long delivery delays. After cancelling service, you wont get your refund too, its been 3 months, am writing numerous times asking for refund checks.

Cancelled service in February because of poor service. Worst ever, highest prices anywhere. When I cancelled requested them to pick their tank. Called almost weekly, kept putting me off. Finally said they only pick up tanks in springtime. Then only if they have a truck in the area. Apparently they don’t have enough customers to have a truck in my area. Been waiting 4 months to pick up tank. Am trying to sell my property and need to get the tank moved, don’t seem to care. Always say can’t give a definite date, don’t hear from them unless I call again, very frustrating.

$6 a gallon. I'm moving and was a rental. I called to close my account and remove my payment information and the customer service person would not help or let me speak to anyone else. One more credit card I'll have to replace to eliminate the possibility of fraud.

Superior Propane is an absolutely horrible Company. All the way from the offices to the field techs. I would use a one pound propane bottle to run my entire home before I would go back to this company!! Stay away!

J'ai appelé pour être nouveau client, j'ai resté 2 heures en attente pour parler a un représentant. j'ai utilisé l'option de me rappeler. personne ne m'a rappelé. Finalement j'ai enfin parlé a un représentant et il m'a toute suite dit je je n'avais pas la possibilité de profiter de promotions affichées sur leur site. je consomme environ 1500 a 2000 litres par année. j'ai mentionné que leur publicité était un peu trompeuse et que je comprenais maintenant le 1.2 étoile sur 5. Vous savez quoi il m'a raccroché la ligne au nez ! Bravo supérieur Propane.
