I ordered size 1 1/2 Majorette boots for my granddaughter. The boots fit, but was a tad tight. I ordered another pair, in a 2 1/2, on Sat Feb 22. Received the 2 1/2, today the 28th. They may be a little big, but that's ok. Customer service was so easy to work with, which was very helpful. I received a return number for the returning boots, and sent the 1 1/2 back. Service is fast and Customer service is great. I appreciate that.

It took longer than expected to receive my order, and one of them was incorrect, but overall it was a positive experience.

I ordered shoes and paid for them that were in stock at the time of ordering. The money was deducted immediately only to get an email a week later saying the shoes were back ordered it has been over a week since canceling my order only to still not have my refund.
