Our poms were perfect. Honestly better than I expected. Usually with a great price you get a low quality, but these poms are well made and look great. I'll definitely be ordering our poms here from now on.

Came in mail quickly. Just what my girls needed. Thank you so much!

Ordered the shoes almost a month ago. Still haven't received. Don't like that they take their money out before shipping. Good thing competition got pushed back or wouldn't have them in time.

I paid for next day shipping, I allowed a day for processing. I never received a tracking number. I called to ask about my order. The worker was nice but had to make some phone calls to find out about it and said she would email me a tracking number. I waited another day, I had to call back to ask her what she found. She again told me that she would call me back. When she finally called back she said the shoe was out of stock. I was refunded my money a few days later. It does not seem like a company that should be used if you want guaranteed products. They seem as though they order from other warehouses when you order from them, so you might as well go to the actual vendor of what you want. Again, the lady I talked to was nice, but I fee as though I was scammed. Thankfully I did receive my money back but still never got email confirmation, receipts, anything. Just beware if you use them.
