Ordered on 7-29, and did not receive until 8-19. I had to reach out twice to find out where the order was due to it being longer than the 7-10 days (Business days) as stated. I never got a tracking number, and on your site still shows as processing, when I actually have the megaphones. Also one of the screws for the handle had no threads on it, just FYI.

Item with shipping was too friggin expensive!!

Response from Superior Cheer and Dance· Aug 8, 2024
Thank you for your review. Unlike many companies, we do not build shipping costs into the price of the product. Our product prices are merely the cost of the item itself, so shipping must be charged separately. Amanda - Customer Care Team
