Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you found our ordering process easy and our products high quality. We do offer free shipping on orders over $300, and we appreciate your suggestion. Thank you for your support! Amanda - Customer Care Team
Ordered a couple of flags and flag poles that needed to be replaced in a hurry for competition. They shipped out fast and arrived quicker than anyone else could have had them to us. Very happy with the quality but EXPENSIVE for a small order. Was happy to pay shipping - just wish we didn't have to pay small order fees on basic stock items. $57 order ended up being $103 after standard shipping and an extra $20 small order fee. But we did it because we had to and were very happy with the products we received. :)

Thank you for your review. This item ships directly from the manufacturer so the automated email with tracking is not sent but you are more than welcome to contact us, and we can look up the tracking information for you. Amanda - Customer Care Team
Love the product and prices of the items but shipping prices are crazy!

Thank you for your review. Unlike many companies, we do not build shipping costs into the price of the product. Our product prices are merely the cost of the item itself, so shipping must be charged separately.
