Superior Cheer and DanceReviews of superiorcheeranddance.com

The royal blue metallic pompoms were delivered quickly. They are good quality, and don’t turn my daughter’s hands blue. She is nearly finished with one season, and they are holding up well so far.

My experience was great. I got my orders in and they got here pretty fast.

Excellent quality! Received in advance of expectations!

After leaving a poor review , my response from this company says that my order was received and gave a date . This is not true and the company was notified of it not being correct . We have been anxiously waiting for the product ! Mistakes can and do happen but this is rediculious! These girls work hard on the money they raised to be cheated by companies as this .

awesome! easy order format and quick delivery. Love the product.

My card was charged for a duplicate order after I had already received my original order. The company was notified within 2 hours of the charge and I was told that the charge wouldn't be processed. However, when checking with my bank it was still fully processed the very next day. It took over 2 and a half weeks and 5 phone calls before I was finally refunded. I was told 3 different times that I could expect a refund in a couple days. Each time I waited and it never happened. When I called the final time they acted like they had never told me that the previous 2 times before. Their customer service is horrible when it comes to fixing an error that they made!

The company clearly wasn’t prepared for the football season. Sized were very back ordered and had to be charged multiple times just to place an order. I’m glad they refunded the cost but but I shouldn’t have had to contact support so many times to hear about the refund.

I have not received the order that was supposed to be here by now. Two phone calls and no follow up.
