Purchased megaphones and realized I ordered the wrong size. Would not allow an exchange even though I called immediately once I received and realized. They still had the packaging on and were not used. Thank you for your response. I do understand having policies in place, but I want to point out that the marketing photo on your site was misleading. The image showed a girl standing next to the megaphones in a way that made them appear much larger than they actually are, which influenced my purchasing decision. Additionally, I didn’t notice the no-return policy during checkout because it was not clearly visible. The notice is very small and easy to overlook. I only found it after going back to look once I was told returns weren’t accepted. It would be more customer-friendly to make that policy more obvious during the purchase process, especially for items like this where size can be easily misjudged from the pictures.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your business. As outlined in our return policy and on the item page for the megaphones on the website, megaphones are not eligible for return. The megaphones are ordered in inches. We do not specify the size being shown with our model. I apologize if the photo caused any confusion. Amanda - Customer Care Team
