The only concern I had was I couldn't find a way to track my package. Before I had time to become too concerned, it had arrived!! I love it! Great quality too.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Glad to hear that you got your item and love it! The tracking email is sent by stamps.com. Many people miss it because it is not from our company. Best wishes, Sharon BioMed DB Design, LLC
for neck, The fabric is soft with soothing feeling. But they're too heavy and the curvy surface of tight wrap decrease the contact surface. Also for me I really don't see the benefit of extra long in length.

Hi Song, It was nice speaking with you a few times regarding the return of the extra long neck heat wraps. We will pay for the return shipping, and you will get a full refund for all three of those heat wraps. Feel free to keep the gift we gave you. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us again. Hope you can find the one that really work for you. A few choices: 1. The wider and lighter extra long neck heat wrap. 6x24, 2.2 lbs. https://www.sunshine-pillows.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=574&action=edit 2. This neck and shoulder wrap is heavier but the weight spread over the shoulder so it doesn't pull on the neck muscles. https://www.sunshine-pillows.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=961&action=edit 3. This neck wrap is smaller and fit around the neck well. https://www.sunshine-pillows.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=577&action=edit UPDATE: We have fulled refunded you for the purchase of these neck wraps. Please update the review. Please note this is for our service, not the product. Thanks, Sharon BioMed DB Design, LLC 253-678-1361

Product works well, retains heat as advertised. Shipping was supposed to take 3 days but ended up being 8 (hurts more because I had to pay for it). Company needs to improve relations with shippers to guarantee delivery, regardless of the time of year or weather.

Thanks for your feedback. Please let us know if you were charged more for the package and we can reimburse you the overcharge. During the holiday season, all the mail carries have increases volume, sometimes over their capacity. It also depends on how each local post office operates. For example, if one or two mailman got sick for a day or two, it can create a huge backlog when the volume is too big. We have no control once the mail left our office. If you need it sent by express mail, you can contact us before purchase. Usually it can cost from $30 to $70 each item. We are on our holiday break. We will adress your concerns when we reopen in January. Happy New Year! Sharon Biomed DB Design, LLC
