I was disappointed in the size that I ordered. I should have ordered an extra large instead of a large. I did not find much assistance on the website in trying to determine which size would be better. It ends up the pad does not extend further to my sides where I was hoping to be able to get heat too.

I am unable to give the pillow 5 stars since I have not actually used it yet on my travels. I bought it because it does have the cervical support both my neck and shoulders need. I do like the material on the pillow and the fact that it comes with a carrying bag. An update will come.

Thanks for your feedback. This place is for our service, not the product. Please come back and let us know how the pillow works. We know the best place is in the car. You get support on both sides when you rest. Best wishes, Sharon BioMed DB Design, LLC
Have been using these products for years. And love them. They warm up to the perfect temperature and stay warm for hours. Only problem was I ordered a large heating pad in the London plaid and received a red plaid. Other than that I use them everyday! Thank you!

The only concern I had was I couldn't find a way to track my package. Before I had time to become too concerned, it had arrived!! I love it! Great quality too.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Glad to hear that you got your item and love it! The tracking email is sent by stamps.com. Many people miss it because it is not from our company. Best wishes, Sharon BioMed DB Design, LLC
Product works well, retains heat as advertised. Shipping was supposed to take 3 days but ended up being 8 (hurts more because I had to pay for it). Company needs to improve relations with shippers to guarantee delivery, regardless of the time of year or weather.

Thanks for your feedback. Please let us know if you were charged more for the package and we can reimburse you the overcharge. During the holiday season, all the mail carries have increases volume, sometimes over their capacity. It also depends on how each local post office operates. For example, if one or two mailman got sick for a day or two, it can create a huge backlog when the volume is too big. We have no control once the mail left our office. If you need it sent by express mail, you can contact us before purchase. Usually it can cost from $30 to $70 each item. We are on our holiday break. We will adress your concerns when we reopen in January. Happy New Year! Sharon Biomed DB Design, LLC

Was very excited about this heating pad. All you need is a microwave to warm it . I was hoping the heating pad would keep its warmth longer . Other than that , I like it.

The Neck Heating Wrap had a "bladder" rice leak. BioMed quickly responded and replaced the Wrap. Excellent customer service.
