My technician was Ryan Kepp. He did a great job and was very friendly. I would definitely want him again for any follow up appointment needs.

Ryan came out and hooked up our solar. He was quick, informative and I was pretty happy about the service.

Warren was great. No hassle with the installation. Customer service kept redirecting me for a simple request. Call got dropped many times. I missed my appointment and had to reschedule 3 weeks out. CS needs improvement.

Maria Kattan, is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would not do business with this company.

I'm in touch with sunpower since november 2022. Solar panel under production. They open a case and told me I would get an email from them...did not happened. They told me they did not see my productivity and would send me a technician...never happened either. They are telling me system migrating at 98% since January and to call back in a week because they are escalading case. We are in March and nothing happened. They told my 80years old husband to get on the roof to clean the panels! 4 years ago they had to change inverter because it was defectives and not working. It also had not been installed properly .My system is not showing any productivity, My electricity bill is up. They keep telling me to call back,wait for "migration". In 2016 they refunded my husband about $2000 for under productivity (they had forgottentotell him). They tried to get him to sign an amended contract because they said they could not cut grass under there feet. I refused!The system has been sold by a subcontractor who promise a productivity impossible with these solar panels. I have had enough of it. It cost us $195 a month for sunpower and we have a balance with SDGE!!! DON'T USE SUNPOWER! WORST SOLAR PANELS COMPANY!!

They replied with a cut and paste response to this. Then I got a reply from someone else, no answer to my questions, I’ll keep you posted. They just do a “response” to look like they care.

Update: 3/29 I did not think my experience with SunPower could get worse. And yet it did. While they finally sent someone out to our house to fix the issue, they showed up 1.5 hours BEFORE the scheduled window. AND THEN TRIED TO ENTER OUR HOUSE. I literally cannot believe they employ people like this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ------------------------ My system experienced a failure in the monitoring system. I've called multiple times over the past several weeks each time being told I would be contacted about a fix within a certain window. Each time, I still didn't hear and am now left just in limbo with a broked service and nothing I can do about it. My recommendation: Find a better provider. These guys are terrible and worse, just don't care.
