I had an issue with my Huion 20 pro (2019) tablet in Photoshop 2024 and Jane helped me. In only two mails she has found the right way to fix it. I have no words to say how much I appreciated her help! Very very thank you Jane!

If every customer support had an Evence X in their team the world would be a better place. Very professional, replies were given in less than 48h sometimes, kept me in the loop about contacting other departments, the resolution to my problem was explained clear and simple. The tablet works like a charm again.

I recently purchased the Huion Kanvas 13 sketching tablet, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the customer service I received by Jane, Huion's Customer Service assistant. I needed assistance about product and i ve got full help and support! They guided me through the replacement process, and their expertise made it a breeze. What truly sets Huion apart is their dedication to their customers. They genuinely care about ensuring a positive experience, and that makes all the difference. In summary, I highly recommend Huion's products and huion as company as i got really sattisfied and i will buy again for sure! i also want to say that i live in Greece and the product delivered here in 7 days. Thank you!!!!

I set up my new Huion Kamvas Studio 24 at the end of September only to be greeted by the dreaded "Device Disconnected" screen. I had noticed that the touchscreen function had not been useable either. I tried every suggestion posted on the Huion site, but was unable to resolve the problem myself. I turned to Huion customer support & was assisted by someone named Evence X. Evence X was unbelievably patient and helpful as we tried several possible solutions. In the end, it was decided that the device would have to be returned. Huion shipped me a brand new replacement, which I had in-hand even before the non-working device had left my house. The new Huion worked as intended from the get-go & I could not be happier. It is very refreshing to encounter a company that stands behind its products & is willing to go above & beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thanks again to Evence X for working diligently to rectify the situation & for making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
