I ordered a drawing tablet and a stand, but they only shipped out the stand, because of that I couldn't give a perfect score, but a customer service agent named Derek helped me, and now the tablet should be shipping.

Customer support was very helpful and immediately helped fix the issues i was having! Products are very good too I love both models I've gotten! (kamvas 20 and then upgrade to kamvas 16 pro QHD) Highly recommend!

Huion, your poor service is hurting you more than hurting us. – It pains me to write these lines but you give us no other option. First - pay attention to your customers. When we call you is because there is a problem. – I purchased a pro 16-4k last week, and I have not received a notice of delivery yet. – Return my calls or return my money.
