I just happened to ask a question that he did know the answer, he asked another employee and gave me the details I requested. That is what customer service is all about - the customer. He also ensured that he summarized at the end of the conversation all the details that he had communicated to me during our conversation. I would recommend to all my friends in a heart beat.
