I admit I was fully expecting I'd have to return the Stop Over wheels for my ancient TravelPro FlightPro3. I was wrong!! The wheels easily fit into the wheel brackets with the new hub inserts. I love this old bag and did not want to discard it. Granted, the logo is missing, the zipper grabs are replaced and I had to replace the telescoping handle a few years back - but this bag is the perfect size for a week long business or vacation trip. It is a bronze color and easy to spot on the luggage trolley. Thank you Stop-Over Store for keeping me rolling with my old friend!

Placed my order on-line with no problems and got exactly what I ordered in just a couple days. Even my "special order" item arrived in only 3 days after the large order rather than the 3 WEEKS as described. Couldn't be more pleased.

I started out with an email inquiry to ask about parts to repair my roll aboard bag. Instead of trading emails, I received a phone call to speed things along. The gentleman that called helped me determine what I needed and got that on my order in a short time. Adding that to a small bag I needed, the process was done very quickly. Everything was done in a matter of a few minutes and I had my order 4 days later, shipped by the least expensive way as it was not a priority shipment. I highly recommend the Stop-Over store in MSP. If you call or send an email, I believe that goes to the Stillwater location, which is where they ship most of the orders from. I will continue to shop here for my needs.

Great ordering fast shipping but didn't get complete order. Ordered a quanity of three, paperwork reflected three were shipped but only one in shipment.
