Placed my order and then it showed up at my door, would have liked to have gotten an email with the tracking number when it shipped.

I wasn't sure if the wheels I ordered would fit but I took a chance. Delivery was fast & product was received in great condition. Even though the wheels are a little bit bigger than originals, it looks like I will get more mileage out of my luggage. Thanks Stop-Over-Store.

Order some shirts and the neck was a little to tight. Called customer service and was given simple instructions for return, no questions. I liked the quality of the shirts though and order the next size up. Only thing better would be free shipping on returns.

Nice selection and very quick shipping

They seem great. I called to confirm correct order, the rep was very helpful. Web ordering was easy, choices and prices were good, and delivery was on time. I installed them last night, wheels seem much better than the original OEM wheels which have lasted 5 plus years. They roll like a skateboard except I am not as cool- just a travelling salesman. I look forward to my next trip to take them through long airport runs.
