I bought some wheels for my TravelPro suitcase, the website helped me choose what I needed and installed them and we are ready to go!

Fast shipping.

Ordered a LuggageWorks suitcase and received it very quickly. Stop-Over Store definitely seems to be a go-to place for a professional pilot, and I will most certainly be a return customer! Only one source of confusion which was probably some kind of code issue in their website: When I first placed the order, it said "Fraud" under status. The status was later updated to reflect that it shipped. I was definitely confused at first, but I received my order without any other issues.

I got some inline skate wheels and repaired my luggage that the airline managed to bugger up. Saved the price of new luggage. Website was very helpful and guided me through which wheels I needed. Delivery was as promised and the product is as expected. I would use them again.

Service was good. i did get a follow up call as some of the size asked were unfortunatly not available ( that is why i give only a a 4 stars as selection was still available on line). i was not so excited about the physical "at the store" purchase i did the day before for the luggage. they did not have any idea about some of the on line promotion and that is the reason i went on line to finish my order (tshirt and computer bag). i do like quality of product... Stopover is a fair business to deal with. You receive exactly what you see on the website. Prices are competitive, I just wish they had free shipping with smaller orders! Maybe wishful thinking!
