Smooth process, tasks came at an appropriate pace and the UI was easy to fill out. Only 1 thing that confused me was the need for 2 applications, where some had overlap in information, leading me to think that I got sent a duplicate by mistake. But I cleared this up with a call and the person helping me was super helpful.
