This is my second review. David was extremely responsive and helpful so I could get what I needed. David or somebody thanked me for the first review. Obviously I’ll keep singing praises, TrustPilot has a glitch somewhere-I only made one purchase. When asking for stars, both times as soon as I try to give you 5 it send me to this page. StepUp Stair Parts is a solid site high quality craft products and the backing of attentive Customer Service which made placing a large order easy. Customer Service was able to modify my order after catching a mistake I made even after placing it. My walnut handrails arrived safely and even my installers noted the natural beauty and sturdiness of the product. All-in-all, StepUp Stair Parts is a great resource for those building their dream stair project!
