When I received this product after more than 16 to 18 days after delivery , the first day was painless for my foot and walkin was good the arch and floor roll works well to message the whole foot and target them pressure points.

Thank you for my order. It arrived today 14th Dec. I know it took 2 weeks but they are brilliant. My wife suffers with her feet and as soon as the Stepprs insoles were fitted in her shoes it was instant relief. Thank you Visma for developing the insoles, they are brilliant. It won't be long before I order more from Stepprs. Simply the best. Thank you Bob

Our family works on our feet. We have tried other brands and decided to give Stepprs a try - hoping for a little more comfort. Stepprs delivered on the comfort. The only request I would make would be to offer wide shoe option. The ones available work, but a wide size would fill the wider boots. Keep up the great work - we appreciate you!

This company is a scam. They told me that they sent the products ordered and paid for by me. They lied. Inpost a reputable courier company in the UK have now informed me that the parcel has not entered their system even though Stepprs have shown the items as arrived at the courier company. I have updated PayPal with the latest, honest information and will now be expecting a full refund. As per Stepprs terms and conditions. It is interesting to note that this Facebook advertisement does not show customers feedback. UPDATE. Stepprs provided zero help and lied about the fulfilment of the order. However Inpost provided superb help when the supplier, Stepprs gave no assistance at all. I was convinced that my parcel was permanently lost. The team at Inpost gave updates and once the parcel was located, delivered it efficiently. I will make my mind up about the product in time. My advice is avoid this company! Final update. I have received notification that my payment is being refunded. This is confirmed by PayPal and will be made by 30th December. I thank them for this.

They need to be more honest about the delivery timescales, my first order took just over two weeks to arrive. The delivery company eventually gave me a delivery date, I waited in and it never turned up. It was eventually delivered at a later date. My latest ordered placed on 24th November has yet to arrive and its the 14th December. Very disappointing indeed. I assume the order is still stuck in a warehouse in China? No explanation or apology for the delay when I contacted them. They have no idea of how to provide customer support following a purchase. All very glizy marketing but very poor post sales support. Update. The insoles eventually turned after a very long delay, I bought some other insole products from another company in the meantime. These arrived the next day! Contacted Stepprs by email and asked I how I return the unwanted products to them for a refund, heard nothing back from them until early January 2026 Eventually raised a dispute with my Credit Card company and I was refunded in full by them and not Stepprs.

The insoles arrived on time and the quality looks amazing but when they arrived they didn’t quite fit my shoes as they are an odd size and they are sending me a replacement for free. Completely unexpected but very much appreciated. I can’t wait to be able to test them out

Don’t buy! Don’t trust! I’m gutted. I bought one to try and see if they were legit and it came. I liked the insole and so I ordered more. I didn’t receive them but the company claimed I did. I never received the larger order so I’m out £45! I emailed and was basically called a liar and told they would pass it on. Brilliant.

It’s a scam. Do not buy. They claim to deliver 4-6 business days. No chance. I wish I’d checked here before buying. I am struggling with foot pain. They have a very slick front end marketing. Nothing comes afterwards. I am disputing payment with my bank.
