I ordered Stepper soles. I have to admit that it wasn't a very good purchase. I accidentally ordered one size smaller. Honestly, even if the right size had come, I don't think there would be a big difference anyway. Heels are hurting more than with original soles.I work in construction, I'm on my feet all day. If work shoes aren't the cheapest, I definitely don't recommend these soles! However, if you have cheap shoes, then Steppers soles are probably pretty good.

I pay for this but they never send me nothing , and even the tracking code is wrong. 15 December… still waiting

I've been wearing the steppers inserts for 2 days. Very major impact on pain reduction. I'm very pleased, thank you.

Placed order on 12/4 for a Christmas gift with a confirmation stating it would arrive within 6 business days meaning it should be coming from the US using that short of a timeframe. The package actually originated from China and had not even arrived in the US in 6 business days. Ended up receiving after Christmas. Company was very deceptive in their marketing. I reached out to the company about their false advertisement. Their solution was that if I wanted a full refund, I needed to pay to ship it back, whenever I received it, which they informed me would be very expensive. Definitely a scam. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

If I ever receive the product, maybe I'll leave a review. But as of right now, the emails seem generic coming from a computer, not a real person. They don't acknowledge questions that you ask and they don't provide answers... pretty horrible customer service. They asked me to leave a review. So here you go.

My feet love them, my ankles don't. The insert I removed from the shoe to replace with Stepprs was thicker so my ankles hit the shoe sides rubbing and causing irritation. I considered the "height" insert to fix this but was not sure it would solve the issue.

I ordered Stepprs products on December 2nd, 2025. I still have not received the product as of today, January 5, 2026. I have tracked the shipment from China and it shows that the product is still in transit. I have sent 5 emails, with the last 2 email requesting a full refund as their website indicates. They responding to my first 2 emails, but they no longer respond to my emails. I don't believe I will get the product at this point and I am seriously doubting that I will get my money back.

Ze reageren niet!!! Ik heb via website betaald maar meer dan 2 weken geen bestelling ontvangen. Ook op e-mails reageren ze niet. Zonde want heb al eerder besteld een jaar geleden. Ik ben nog bezig contact met hun te krijgen. Als mijn product alsnog aankomt zal ik dat hier melden.
