Stay SojoReviews of staysojo.com

The Mainsail staff in Richmond Virginia are very attentive and efficient. They went out of their way making sure we were satisfied with our accommodations. The one minor problem we had with our television service was fixed promptly and their follow up was excellent. There was always a professional person in the office who was totally prepared to assist us. They were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them

I felt this apartment complex was very safe. Everyone was helpful. Renee Baker was extremely kind and helpful in any questions I had. The apartment is lovely only one thing I wish I had was a patio. I love sitting out. Maybe in the next few months one will come available. I express to everyone I work with how happy and safe I am living here.

Booking process was very quick, instructions for entry were very clear, Melissa was available and responsive to queries, apartment was clean and fully furnished with no problems. I'm very appreciative of the little touches such as a couple of days worth of toiletries, coffee supplies etc.

Great property and location!

It was great all around! Thank you.

Overall, the apartment was very good. Responsive and accessible team, and easy enough to check in and out. Happy with the stay.

Great customer service- Renee is always great!

Everything has been very good so far, with a few exceptions. My initial issue was that I was told I would be in Apt. 331. This was switched last minute to Apt. 460. Not usually an issue, but if I had shipped my belongings a day earlier, they would not have arrived at the correct apartment. I’m happy with my current unit, but last minute switches could have been very problematic. My coworker and I had an extremely difficult time with finding the correct location of the garage at our location on initial arrival and had to make a phone call at almost midnight to learn how to access the gate/structure. A map of the building with that area marked or defined and some instructions how to properly use the garage remote and fob to access the building would have been very beneficial, especially after traveling for 14 hours. Other than that, my unit is clean, quiet, and was pretty well set-up for my arrival. The snacks, coffee, and the small bottles and supply of household items (dish soap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, etc. were so appreciated until we had a chance to procure our own. It was unexpected, but I sincerely thank you for providing those items.
