The house was wonderful. It was fully equipped, and everything you could possibly need was there. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with spices, appliances, pots, plates, and cups, and there was a very generous supply of towels available. It was very clean and had a great location. We had a lot of fun staying there. It was perfect for a family of four or perhaps even more people. We enjoyed our coffee on the pier every morning and went kayaking regularly. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the central location in Cape Coral was just perfect.

I booked a villa through FloridaRentals and unfortunately had a very bad experience with the property itself, including serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. What disappointed me most about FloridaRentals was the lack of support when I tried to contact them for help. I reached out several times because I was having significant problems with the villa and wanted assistance in resolving the situation, but I did not receive any response whatsoever. When you use a holiday rental platform, you expect there to be some level of support if a property turns out to be very different from what you reasonably expected. In our case, we were left to deal with everything ourselves with the booking contacts and property management. The villa had major issues, including poor cleanliness, air conditioning not working on arrival and problems with the private pool. Despite this, FloridaRentals did not step in to help us when we contacted them. I found this extremely disappointing. A platform should not just advertise properties and take bookings or enquiries, there should also be effective customer support when something goes seriously wrong. Based on my experience, I would not feel confident using FloridaRentals again.

Owners were so helpful and very easy booking process. Condo was clean, well stocked. Beds were a bit high for this short girl but it worked. beach loungers was such a plus. Hope to rent again next year.

If you don't like driving through a tight parking deck and waiting on elevators this condo is for you. This beautiful condo is location on the 2nd floor, it's a 3-minute walk from the reserved parking space to the condo. When going to the pool and beach area, you can take the stairs (20 steps) and you're at the pool. Much quicker than the elevators. The owners provide rented beach chairs& umbrella, extra chairs and toys are available in the condo. We have stayed in other units on the property, and this unit was by far our favorite. We will be booking this condo on our next trip to PCB. The host was awesome as well.

We have just spent two wonderful weeks at Coastal Charmer - perfect name for this wonderful villa. It is the ideal location to get away from it all and relax in peace and quiet by the pool with a good book. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. Beaches are not far if you want a day at the seaside. Coastal Charmer is highly recommended.

We love staying at the Barnacle, which is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We enjoy watching the great variety of birds in the trees surrounding the Barnacle. The quiet white sand beach on the Gulf is close by via a private boardwalk over the sand dunes. The hosts are welcoming and excellent communicators, prompt and responsive to any requests. We would definitely recommend the Barnacle to others.
