I have been using Mainsail housing for a few years. I have always received great customer service from reservations, to the rooms being nice, clean, and stocked with everything I need, to Mark getting me additional things I request and handling any maintenance issues

Hello and thank you for your review! We appreciate the kind words and would be happy to host you anytime in one of our beautiful apartments.
The apartment was everything we needed and expected: clean, well furnished and equipped, as well as a few unexpected extras that ensured we had the basics without needing to make a quick trip for the little necessities. The staff were always responsive and answered all our questions Fully and quickly. Given everyone’s reliance on computers because of COVID, the only thing that would have made our experience better would have been to have a small computer desk somewhere in the apartment. Not really an issue, however, as there was room at the end of the provided dining room table to set up shop. We expect to be very comfortable here while our hous is being built. Thanks to everyone.

Hi Katrina! Thank you so much for this feedback. It means so much to our team. We look forward to working with you in the future!
The recyclable bin was half full when I came and one of the garage doors was not closing. I think the sensors were not properly aligned. Other than that, everything is great.

The Landmark Lofts is an amazing place to stay. During my corporate housing stay, I had the luxury of having a fully furnished apartment. Beautiful new furniture, TV’s, Flooring and much more is something you will appreciate when staying there. Not far down the road is something to do. Breweries, restaurants, markets, etc. If you’re considering the lofts, I can say you will NOT be disappointed.

Mainsail does a great job as a corporate entity. However, when it comes to housing relocation, the probability of something going wrong is always directly proportional to a person's need to have everything go right. After a year of using Mainsail for temporary living needs in Richmond, VA, I can safely say that your team of Renee, Melissa, Sarah and Jesus are at their best when everything doesn't go as planned (or how they set it up). They do what's needed and more to make it work for their client. That's all you can ask for. Thanks.
