We value our customers and do apologize that you were unhappy with the customer service you received. As stated, the items you purchased 8 months ago had broken recently and you wanted them to be replaced. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill this request. Per our policy, if the items received were damaged or defective, we would offer a replacement if you contacted us and shipped the equipment back within 30 days. However, based on your description of the damage and considering the time elapsed, it seems the headsets were somehow physically damaged or had broken due to normal wear and tear. Consequently, this type of damage is not covered under warranty. We can help you find other items that may better suit your needs or you may purchase the same items from us, however, the same warranty and policies will apply.
