Very good company with great customer service

Shipment arrived as expected

Having an older phone system is a two edged sword, it is paid for and has all the functionality we need, yet finding replacements as equipment ages can be frustrating. These folks have been supplying me with those needed parts for years and they have done so quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. I know we will have to replace our system eventually. In the meantime it really helps to have their support.

I will not buy from them again. I purchased an item that did not work for the type of system that I had and they would not let me return it. I didnt use it and still had the box and shipping materials.
