When we started SS396.com, a Ground Up Motors company, we had one thing in mind: to bring the best quality restoration parts to everyone, from the weekend driver to the 1000-point restoration. Over the years, we have grown from one person operating out of a garage to our brand new 60,000+ square foot facility in Palm Coast, Florida. Despite our growth, our passion and vision have remained the same: to keep the excitement of classic American muscle running by providing the best parts available, an easy-to-use website, and the best customer support team.
ss396.com (ss396.com) has 532 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.1 out of 5.

Called to confirm a part number for a Chevelle pitman arm, the gentleman I spoke was very helpful. I ordered the part online and it showed up pretty quick. Plus it fits, just what I needed. Have a splendiferous day!

I believe I received the wrong product. Ordered a cigarette lighter knob for a 1969 Chevelle and item did not fit in original dash, too big. I sent an email and waiting to hear back.

I paid $300 for a hood and never received it. When I ask about they said I needed to pay $800 for shipping.

We understand your frustration. Freight shipping rates are calculated separately after checkout to ensure accuracy, and this is noted during the ordering process. We attempted to contact you multiple times regarding the shipping cost but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, freight rates are significantly higher than standard ground shipping. If you’d like to proceed with your order, please reach out; we’d be happy to assist.
Always fast, great selection. They always have what I’m looking for.
