I'd all but given up on finding customer service help until Stephanie Jesppersson from Springboard came into the picture. Exceptional customer service seems to be a lost art, but Stephanie proved to us there are still people and companies out there that can provide the level of customer service we expect and want to give our customers. Our company standards are very high and for the first time, we can sleep at night knowing Stephanie and her team are executing beautifully on our customer service wishes. Prompt, warm, friendly, empathetic, helpful, dependable and resourceful are just a few of the words I would use to describe Stephanie and her customer service style.
